How To Get Started

Picture
_I don't know about you, but I'm excited!  Finally unravel the mystery behind your menstrual cycle and make it work for you!  This is what you will need to do to get started.

1. Get a digital thermometer, if you don't already have one.  It needs to be able to read temperatures to the .1 degree.  My local Wal-Mart sells a "basal thermometer" for $8.  Put that thermometer on your night stand beside your bed, so you don't have to get out of bed in the mornings to reach it.

2. Print out a copy of the fertility chart, and place it near the thermometer with a pencil or pen.

3. Print out a copy and read through the Fertile Days E-Report and Quick Guide to Charting.  Keep the Quick Guide with your chart.

4. Be patient.  Remember that it takes time to become familiar with how your body works.  Also, even if intercourse is timed appropriately you still have a good chance of not getting pregnant depending on your age.  Basically, if you are very young, like in your early 20's, you have a 50% chance of getting pregnant.  If you are in your mid to upper 20's, you have a 35% success rate.  If you are in your 30's, your success rate goes down to 25%.  This is why you should give yourself a good 6 to 7 months to chart your fertility signals and time intercourse strategically before you seek a fertility specialist.  If you discover any problems sooner through your charting, you may want to consult one sooner.

5. Most importantly, RELAX and enjoy your journey.  Don't turn sex solely into a means of achieving pregnancy, lest you get frustrated with one another if you don't conceive in the first couple of months.

In return, for all this free information, I just ask that you spread the word around so others can join this list and have this information, too.  Send them to http://www.mostfertiledays.info to join.  And please let me know when you get pregnant so I can keep track of our successes and take you off this email list.

Your Friend,

Inga Goodwin ;)

Let Me Calculate Your Unique Potential Fertile-Ovulation Time

Picture
Did you know that there are approximately 5 days during your cycle when sex can result in pregnancy?  They are the several days leading up to and including ovulation day, not just ovulation day!  I call this 5-day time your fertile window.

Charting your fertility signals can help you isolate that fertile time exactly.  But charting can take months to learn and requires daily note-taking commitment.  For those of you who are anxious to time sex appropriately right away, I can make sure you don't miss out on your fertile window.  This is how it works:
  • Give me the start dates of your last 3 to 6 menstrual cycles
  • Your longest cycle should be no longer than 34 days
  • You must not be diagnosed with PCOS

With that information, I will calculate an expanded 12 to 17 days long (depending on how regular your cycles are) potential fertile window, so you won't miss out on your true fertile window.  If you have sex during your expanded potential fertile window, you can be assured that you will cover your true 5-day fertile window for appropriately timed intercourse.

I still encourage you to learn how to chart your fertility signals, so you can verify that ovulation occurred and discover any potential problems with your reproductive health.  But having me calculate your expanded potential fertile window will help you feel confident that you are timing sex appropriately right away and covering ALL your bases.  This is very helpful knowledge to combine with costly investments like Ovulation Predictor Kits.

As a free bonus, I'll include a special email with very helpful tips to maximize baby-making sex and how to use this information for a cost-effective use of your ovulation predictor kit!

Please note: If you have PCOS or you have cycles that are longer than 34 days long, this service is NOT for you.  You would definitely need to follow my detailed charting instructions in the FREE report to pinpoint during each cycle whether you ovulated or not, and when you ovulated.

Yes, Inga, please calculate for me my potential fertile - ovulation time so I can maximize my timing for baby-making sex RIGHT AWAY!  I will get back to you within 48 hours.
Before Purchasing, see if You Qualify for This Service:
  • I confirm that I do NOT have PCOS, and my cycles are NOT longer than 34 days long.
  • I also understand that I will need to provide at least 3 accurate consecutive start dates for my menstrual cycles.
